A course of small group yoga classes aimed specifically at new Mums in a nurturing and safe environment.

Within a small group setting, you will learn:
- self-help tools to ease back pain and other pregnancy related problems
- how to balance the emotional swings of pregnancy and after birth
- how to improve your concentration and focus
- how to move with poise, grace, and confidence as your body changes throughout your pregnancy and after birth.
